We were actually using Kayako before whmcs, so we stuck with that system, but the integration between the two products works very nicely.

WHMCS is a bit limited for us as a ticketing system, so we use it in combination with Kayako.

Hey guy's,

I have Kayako and WHMCS fully integrated, it works like a charm a client logs into the WHMCS and bam their in both systems.

Just thought i would share :P

Kayako is very nice but I still would stick to WHMCS ticket system because it's cheaper and has all features that you need.

We use Kayako, cause they are the most advanced ticket system. Also you can notice that major companies are using Kayako.

We have been using WHMCS from day 1, Highly integratable Very useful it is overall the best ticket management,Billing management,And server management system we have used.

I personally don't like the idea of using third party script for helpdesk. By using built in ticket system, you are keeping things organized and simple. There is no need of Kayako if you are not a big company and if you have thousands of tickets coming in, i still think WHMCS ticket system works well.

Why I wonder? In any case I can agree with you regarding outsourcing support. but not about third party applications. Please explain this for us.
