Need Dedicated Server Quotes....

I'm in need of a provider who can provide dedicated servers.
These servers would not be used for webhosting therefore we will not need any control panel software related to hosting.

I am interested in Windows Server 2003 R2 32 bit OS with:
-4gb RAM Minimum with ability to upgrade later
-Minimum of Dual Core CPU
-100mb network connection
-Prefer machines that could be Networked together at same location as speed of communication between servers is critical.
-Minimum of 80gb hard drive.
-Ability for remote reboots of machine
-Bandwidth should not exceed 1500gb/mo. per machine but with growth this could change.

CPU, RAM and connection speed are the most critical needs for our processes. Hard drive use is very minimal.

We will need the ability for remote desktop connections and administrator control over machine.
The processes we will be running on the machines will be to run a 3D virtual world.

We are currently using servers from various providers but the machines are not located in the same datacenter and we are looking for a lower cost alternative to what we now have.

Speed of provisioning new servers is somewhat critical as we try to provide our users with a 24hour turn around for what we offer.

Do you have ny preferences regarding location of your servers? How important that is for you?

I Would prefer Servers based in USA as most of our users are located here. I'd like to try to get into a $50 - $60/mo. per machine.
As I stated I won't be using the machines for webhosting and will not need webhosting services such as control panel or billing software.
My bandwidth needs per server are rather low(average is usually less than 1500gb/mo.).
I would prefer to have all servers located in the same DC so that they may be networked together as there is a lot of machine to machine communication.
My applications use the .NET framework as they are written in c#.
Will need Windows Server 2003 Standard at minimum.
The ability to have a 24hour turn around for putting a new server online is critical as we want to offer a 24 hour or quicker service to our users... as users purchase our services we will need to add servers to accommodate their needs.
We have approx 1000 users now but not all users are at a level which requires their own server. we can usually put 4-6 users on each server with the above specifications.
If my user base continues to grow as it has over the last few months I could potentially become a very large customer for someone.
I'm open to ideas.... and other offers.
I realize Linux can run .NET applications with the use of MONO, however my applications use less resources on a windows based machine and are easier to administrate.
