The Good: Advertising is permitted...

• In the Advertising Forums (marked: self-promotion ALLOWED)
• Signature field in your profile: Up to a four lines but it may not contain plan descriptions or pricing information.
• Homepage field in your profile.

• In any forum whose category is marked: (self-promotion NOT allowed)
• In custom titles that appear beneath your username in your posts.

• Participants may not post links to any pages at their own website in messages, including informational pages, commercial or otherwise.
• Post any message in a non-advertising forum that even hints at advertising!
• Participants may not solicit the membership for feedback regarding their products or services (except in the advertising forums).
• Participants may not use the forum to solicit users for any project or purpose external to the forum, either public, private, commercial, or non-commerical.

• Spam our members for commerical or non-commercial reasons! If you think you have been spammed by a member, please forward the e-mail to the forum administrator, with complete header information.
• Harvesting the e-mail addresses of our members for commerical or non-commercial reasons.
• Ask other members to contact you, nor may you request their contact information (if a member has not enabled a form of contact, assume that member does not want to be contacted).

We Have to Say It.

• Be polite to all members and staff. You won't always agree with what is posted or the decisions of the staff, however you need to understand that...
• Rudeness, flaming, trolling, or any messages (via the forum, e-mail, or PM) that constitute a personal attack will not be tolerated. You'll only get one warning.
• Don't post libelous or defamatory comments. We will cooperate with court orders.
• Please don't post a message saying, "I need information about whatever. Please e-mail me at myname@myservice.com." Asking people to answer your questions via e-mail defeats this purpose of public discourse.
• Participants may not use the forum to publicly debate the forum policies listed here. Such messages will be deleted without comment. If you have a concern or complaint about the way the forum is run, please e-mail the forum administrator.
• Participants should use common sense. We don't have a written policy for everything.

We don't intend to censor messages based on the opinions expressed within those posts, but we will enforce the policies outlined both here and on the forum. We reserve the right to remove posts at our discretion and without explanation and to limit or terminate service to participants who violate the terms of this agreement.
